All of our Clubs are built by PGA Golf Instructor and Certified Club Builder, Gary Balliet

Gary works as a PGA Instructor for the San Diego Golf Academy teaching club building, fitting, golf course maintenance, and golf history. Gary has been certified as a Club Builder for many years, which requires keeping up with new technology. He has made in excess of 1,000 set of golf clubs and pride himself in properly FITTING every customer prior to assembly. His philosophy is very simple— the custom fitting of golf equipment, to the individual, (not rack clubs) is a must; if the desire is to improve and become a better ball striker.

Our fairway woods do not have to match the driver when it comes to head design. Tour players often mix the two. However, each shaft relates to "all" other shafts; each is a custom built fairway metal wood and made of stainless steel-- with lofts varying from 13 to 24 degrees, depending on the results of your "custom fitting" chart. Hybrids are very popular and take the place of the –difficult to hit—2, 3 & 4 irons.Hybrids come in 19-21-24 and 27 degrees of loft. The 21 degree is the most popular because it replaces the 3-iron. Most golfers find there is a NEED to have a multiple set of sand wedges in their golf bag. I carry a 48, (part of my iron set) 52 degree, (called the gap wedge-touring professionals love it) 56 degree (comes with each 9-club set) and the 60 degree. (Called the lob wedge-for high short pitch shots) A customer purchasing the added 2 wedges receive a $10 dollar discount off the retail price of each wedge.
