Correct posture allows the golf club to swing around the body, so that the shoulders, hips, arms and hands are able to move freely and efficiently to maximize club head speed. With bad posture, bad golf swings result! Great posture will give you great balance! Points to remember:

  • Bend 3 inches from the knees
  • Bend from the waist (make sure the football fits)
  • Make sure the back and neck stay in line
