- Drill #1–Relax the upper body, hands and arm drill (Tug and Pull until the upper body relaxes)
- Drill #2–Waggle–movement creates relaxation
- Drill #3–Try the mondra- “Practice Swing” -Obey the sound, like dancing to the music.
- Drill #4– The first (1st) swing should never be the real swing -hit the ball on the third swing (take minimum of 2 previous practice swings)
